Life Lessons to Unlock Your Full Potential

Life Lessons to Unlock Your Full Potential

The ideal of Being the World's Best is a universal concept that resonates around the globe. My interview with Khudania Ajay in New Delhi, India was my first international podcast since my cardiac arrest.

The interview was expansive and covered a lot of ground including:

  • What doing the laundry, mowing the lawn, and cooking have to do with inspiration, motivation, and empowerment.
  • How teaching people how to swim at FOSS after my cardiac arrest led to the "Light Bulb" moment that spring boarded my new mission.
  • How breaking my collar bone on a skateboard (after my father forbid me to ever ride on one) led to a great parenting moment.
  • How an unfortunate bout with malaria impacted a classmate at Tuck from India and how his malaria is part of the reason I am still alive today.
  • How culture and empowerment impact the workplace and can sometimes create a toxic work environment.
  • How we can replace the "I can't do it" attitude with the Attitude of Gratitude.
  • What the impact of culture and empowerment (or lack of) is on remote working and productivity.
  • How often do hear the words "You Are the World's Best"

In the podcast interview, I share some of my experiences, life lessons, and leadership tips to unlock Your Full Potential.  These insights came from both crappy moments in which I failed as well as moments of great triumph. During the podcast I share how I developed the transformative insights and powerful lessons of the "Be the World's Best" philosophy.

Hear how my life-changing health crisis led me to my new mission to help others unlock their full potential, and explore the timeless principles I used to guide major organizations like UnitedHealth Group, General Mills, Mayo Clinic, Accenture, and Ben & Jerry's to excellence.
